SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Subscription cancellations for ALL Subscription tiers will be honored immediately.

Your in-store discount benefits will be active until the day of your next billing cycle, where-in you will not be charged.

You will receive any media included with your subscription (either Vinyl or CD) for the prior billing cycle, if you had not already received at that point.

RETURNS POLICY

All used media is sold as-is and is non-returnable.

All new unopened media may be returned for full sale value.

All new opened media, upon inspection for no damage, may be returned for store credit at full sale value. Store credit can be used at Crate Diggers Club or Lavender Cafe.

All used musical instruments, synthesizers, accessories, turntables, speakers, etc… are sold as-is and are non-returnable. All equipment is tested working and all known defects are clearly disclosed alongside the piece. If the equipment is showcased in an un-testable manner, you may request to confirm the functionality before purchase.

Defects in media that was purchased new may be exchanged 1 to 1 with the same media or exchanged for store credit at full sale value.

Defects in musical instruments, synthesizers, accessories, turntables, speakers, etc… that were purchased new may be exchanged 1 to 1 with the same piece of equipment (if available) or exchanged for store credit at full sale value.

Unopened Subscription media (Vinyl or CD) may be returned within the first 10 days of the month for store credit.

Opened Subscription media is non-returnable.

$20 will be awarded for Vinyl, $10 will be awarded for CD. Store credit can be used at Crate Diggers Club or Lavender Cafe.
